One heck of a wine in the vintage, Brunel's 2008 Chateauneuf du Pape reveals a medium ruby color to go with Burgundian notes of black cherries, cedar, pepper and light spices. Medium-bodied, lightly textured and graceful, it excels on its elegance and purity and will drink nicely for another 4-5 years.
